Damages

Youngman Manufacturing ensures all the products which are shipped with the above-mentioned courier partners, It is recommended If you received your order damaged product or damages box please do not accept the shipment if you receive mention the same in the POD stating “Damage Product Received” and inform our customer care at that same time at +91-9015964626. Only in these circumstances, we will be able to recover the product cost claim from the insurance company. Please save all packaging material to repack in case of returns. If the product is slightly damaged and in useable condition, you may contact us at +91-9015964626 to settle.

 

 Returns & Refund Policy

If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help! We offer free returns or exchanges within 7 days of receiving your order. You can return your product for a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.

Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:

  • Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged
  • Both sides i.e. Delivery and pickup shipping fees in case of returns and exchange will be paid by the customer
  • No refund for Product damage returns
  • Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use
